Toolbench

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-09

Short version

The tools on Toolbench run entirely inside your browser. The numbers you type are never sent to a server, because there is no server doing the work. We do not ask for your name, your email, or an account.

What we do collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is privacy-first and does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. It records aggregated, non-identifying information such as:

We cannot use this to identify you, and we cannot link it to any individual person. We use it for one purpose: deciding which tools are worth building next.

What we do not collect

Data stored on your device

Some tools save your last inputs using your browser's local storage, so your work is still there when you come back. That data never leaves your device and is not readable by us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Advertising

This site currently shows no advertising and uses no advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any ad code is added, and it will describe exactly which network is used and what it collects.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver the page and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly edited in.
